How it Works
Subscriptions from Seven Seas Kombucha can arrive either once or twice a month, whichever works best for you. After checkout, you will be prompted to fill out a delivery form. This form must be submitted in order to receive your deliveries.
The delivery day and time you select will be for your first delivery. Bi-weekly subscriptions will arrive every 2 weeks. Monthly subscriptions will arrive every 4 weeks. In most cases, deliveries will arrive on the same day of the week and the same time of day.
Subscription packages are fully automated, so once you finalize your subscription, orders will continue to arrive until you cancel your subscription.
If you need to make changes to your subscription, like changing packages, flavors, or delivery days, the subscription package needs to be cancelled and a new one selected in its place.
Subscriptions are billed once a month regardless of whether you've selected a Monthly or Bi-Weekly package.
View and Manage your subscriptions by visiting "My Account" and selecting the "My Subscriptions" tab.
You will be billed to the card/account used to finalize the purchase of your subscription package.
If you would like to change the card/account being billed, you will need to cancel your existing subscription and purchase a new subscription package.
Your card/account will be billed monthly until your subscription is cancelled.
