After years in the biotech industry, we decided to set sail on a new adventure and turn our hobby into Seven Seas Kombucha. Our menu is inspired by our many travels, adventures, and our love of food!
Lori manages kombucha sales to all of our clients, including local bars, restaurants, and office buildings. She lives a very active lifestyle that consists of running, weight lifting, jiu jitsu, and yoga. Lori rejects the notion of choosing between health and happiness, and has cemented these principles into the company.
Kevin is the man behind the bar who manages kombucha production. With a degree in microbiology and a former career in the local biotech industry, he makes each batch with scientific precision.
